What inspired to take the “Discover Remarkable Work” Program?
Laurel Donnellan, creator of the Discover Remarkable Work program, has lead our leadership team through her proprietary Remarkable Work process, helping us to be focused, purposeful, and values driven in setting a vision for our organization.
What is your plan for the future?
My plan is to help as many organizations as we can to inspire, engage, and develop their top leadership talent. The goal? To benefit society through positive business impact. As a CEO, it's my role to engage our team of some of the top executive leadership development professionals in the world, and to help them to be their best as they change the face of business for the better.
How did the program help you most?
Laurel is a gifted facilitator and creative visionary. She has been an invaluable resource in keeping me true to my individual purpose, and therefore in keeping our organization true to its mission.
What is the best advice you can give to someone trying to find their calling or discover their dream job?
As someone who really does have their dream job, I believe it is about looking at our deeply held values, our individual priorities, and how we can contribute our gifts to the world. I believe in the Discover Remarkable Work process for anyone willing to make the commitment to find their calling.
