Talk about what you wish you could do but don’t believe you are ready to do or have permission to do (from some inner voice of authority) or that it is really possible to do so – or what someone else (even a hypothetical someone) does that you don’t think you could do. Consider that that is what you may actually want or desire for yourself. Consider that it might indeed be possible. Don’t let yourself be talked out of it by your inner voices of negativity. Take a risk and go for it – or at least go toward it.
