The life coaching group at Three Giant Leaps is a diverse and talented team of professional life coaches, who have been mentored and trained by Laurel Donnellan, to expertly guide and assist people in their discovery of a new and better career path. Each of these gifted coaches within the life coaching group have not only been trained to teach our patented 12 part program but have life stories that exemplify the principles and practices that Three Giant Leaps teaches.
Executive Team
Paul Lanzarotti
CEO and Co-Founder Paul Lanzarotti has a wealth of experience spanning major corporations and several start ups.
British born, Paul’s 16 year career includes positions at some of Europe’s largest media companies, including News International, Bertelsmann, and Emap, as well as wireless technology companies British Telecom, Telefonica O2 and Buongiorno.
He worked closely with top the UK’s top 20 advertising agencies and helping to develop brand strategies for companies such as Coca Cola Schweppes, Cadburys, Proctor & Gamble, Unilever and Bass and pioneered several first in the wireless industry.
In 2004, as VP of International Business Development for Buongiorno S.p.A, Paul helped establish the American operations and helped build and lead the US company to profitability within 12 months. Paul has also been involved with several start ups where served as President for Varitalk LLC and Co-Founded Duel Network LLC in 2007, also serving as President.
Laurel Donnellan
As President and Co-Founder Laurel Donnellan is dedicated to helping adults and teenagers find their home in the world of work and ultimately live a life on purpose.
She is the backbone of the company’s products and career system development program efforts with over 20 years of leadership experience. For the last twelve years, she has focused on developing and piloting the Three Giant Leaps Method to a global audience that has included CEOs, artists, entrepreneurs, teachers, fortune 100 companies, not-for-profit institutions, high schools and even a prison. She was on the Executive team of Medallion Hotels where she directly managed quality, human resources and created an internal leadership university. Her clients have included: ABC Radio Networks, Yahoo!, MTV Networks, and Leo Burnett. Currently she serves on the advisory board of Karlin Sloan and Company, a premier global leadership development network.
She has a B.S. from Cornell University, a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a certificate in life and organizational coaching from the Hudson Institute. In addition to her formal education Laurel’s work has been influenced by her study of Yoga and traditional Native American Culture including Lakota Vision Quests. She resides in Austin, Texas.

Ulli Bonnekamp
Ulli Bonnekamp is a 2008 Emmy award winning German born free-lance cinematographer with extensive experience in documentaries and commercials. While shooting verité documentary films for National Geographic, more recently for PBS/Nova (“Fire”), Thomas Lucas Prod./Discovery Channel (“Cannibalism" and "The Unfolding Universe") and the BBC (“The Designers”), Ulli has also pursued filming TV commercials and is a Producer/Filmmaker for the stock film agency GettyImages/The Image Bank in New York City. His work has taken him to locations in Europe, Indonesia, North and East Africa and South America. Ulli’s passion for capturing life in images began at age 11 with the family still camera and he intensely pursued this art during his young adults. He chose to get a “real“ job after High school and was taken away from his camera in a 15-year deviation via business and law school. After moving to New York he decided to change careers as he rediscovered his love for creating images. Ulli now lives and works in Los Angeles.
Peter Bopp
Peter Bopp, is a team, career, and executive life coach who strives to unleashing client’s passion and power through new adventures. He builds on his 20 years of marketing and advertising leadership experience at American Express and General Foods to foster creative thinking and brainstorming possibilities. Peter has an MBA in marketing from the Kellogg School and a BA in international relations from Brown.
Darryl Brown
Darryl Brown was an All-American basketball player in college and a draft choice for the Boston Celtics. He then went on to apply his ability to achieve great heights in the corporate world. He spent 31 years in radio broadcasting ultimately reaching the position of executive vice president and general manager of ABC Radio Networks. He has worked with many top media personalities including Howard Cosell, Paul Harvey, and played an intregal part in launching ESPN radio and the Tom Joyner Morning show. In 2008, Darryl found himself at the top of his game but decided get off the treadmill to fulfill a new dream of being able to devote more time and attention to his sons who are now 5 and 8. Darryl is masterful at coaching others who find themselves at similar crossroads and desire more alignment between their inner desires and their outer reality. In addition to being a Three Giant Leaps Coach, Darryl is the CEO & Founder of Brown Boys3, a radio and television talent agency that represents personalities who want to change the world for the better. Darryl’s lives in Dallas with his wife Jean Ann and their two boys, Darryl and Andrew.
Kelly Dwyer
Kelly Dwyer is a, a certified yoga teacher, and the founder of Do U Yoga. In her lifelong devotion to her own personal growth, Kelly has followed her passions through many new cities, new companies, and new careers. In the course of a fourteen-year work history, Kelly has managed people, started and ran an employee and customer-training department, and held positions including actress, sports photographer, bookkeeper, retail educator, wholesale educator, yoga instructor, and Goal Coach. Well versed in the path of transition, Kelly knowledgably guides clients in the process of self-reflection and taking courageous action. Kelly believes wholeheartedly in the work of Three Giant Leaps. After all, she is not only a coach for, but also a living testimonial. The work she did with the Discover Remarkable Work Programs freed her to finally create her own business, Do U Yoga.
Lili Feldman
Lili Feldman LCSW has worked with hundreds of individuals, families and groups over the past 25 years. She founded the Counseling Center of Long Island with her parents, Drs. Eli and Silvia Feldman, where she helped and supported clients in finding their own unique solutions using techniques to get at good clear thinking, creative thinking "outside the box" or just searching and listening deep inside. She is known for her warmth and humor and is currently working in a new school she co-founded in Queens, New York. In the past she has worked extensively with teenagers and their families- privately, in therapeutic settings, in public and in private schools in New York City and on Long Island. She is the mother of one teenage daughter.
Derek Hansen
After having spent 10 years in investment banking, leveraged buyouts and strategy consulting, Derek got turned on by the power of personal development, transformation and their impact on people and corporations through his own bulldozer journey to discovering work that he loves.. Derek has facilitated experiential learning experiences for individuals, groups, teams and organizations with Three Giant Leaps and lead finance, accounting and valuation training at firms where he has been a professional. Derek received his Bachelor of Science in Economics summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Sean Harvey
Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd, is a values-driven career consultant dedicated to empowering the next generation of socially-minded professionals and leaders to make real and impactful change in their organizations and beyond. Sean brings over 12 years of experience as a change management and human capital development consultant to the career conversation. He currently teaches courses in Organization Behavior, Change Management and Career Development at NYU and Baruch College CUNY. Sean’s professional journey as a catalyst for change began nearly 20 years ago when he founded a non-profit youth support group for the city of Dayton, Ohio at the age of 16. Since that time, he discovered that his true calling is creating insightful conversations to help others identify their authentic purpose and define a realistic path to unleash their potential. Sean holds a MSEd in Counseling from Fordham University, a MSOD in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago, and a graduate certificate in Public Service Administration and BA in Psychology from DePaul University.
Lise Krieger, PhD
Lise Krieger, PhD, has been a High School teacher for 18 years and is currently completing her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Change at the Fielding Institute. . She graduated with bachelors from University of California, San Diego in literature and writing and also holds a Master of Arts in Education from Fairfield University.
Elizabeth Moran, PsyD
Elizabeth Moran, PsyD was VP of talent management at Lehman Brothers where she served as an internal executive life coach and talent development consultant. Prior roles include Director of Global Learning at visual imagery provider Getty Images and Director of Learning and Development at the publishing company Rodale. Her passion is inspiring those with whom she works to achieve their fullest potential. Relentless curiosity and a deep belief in the power of people and organizations to learn and transform has fueled her work with diverse individuals and organizations within corporate, nonprofit, clinical and academic settings. She received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, during which time she founded an interpersonal development program for incarcerated men and women, still in operation, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Maurice Patterson
Maurice Patterson is a talented motivational speaker for at-risk youth and disenfranchised adults. He has also been a computer instructor and technical entrepreneur for 7 years. In 2001, Taylor Business Institute named him Teacher of the Year. He has designed and produced computer training books, computer and networking brochures, computer training videos, a children’s computer learning coloring book and his own brand of computer toys. Maurice has given speeches at New York University, Columbia University and John Jay College. He, also, speaks at various Junior and High Schools. He is currently a teacher; counselor and mentor at a break through vocational/life skills program for currently incarcerated individuals on Rikers Island called Fresh Start. He is the Managing Editor of the Rikers Review Magazine, a publication written for and by the people he teaches. In his spare time, Maurice is writing two books about on his life experiences and the curriculum he has developed for Rikers.
Natalie Shelpuk
Natalie Shelpuk focuses on helping others live and work with intention. Whether executives leading change or individuals wanting to turn that nagging feeling into a lifestyle that makes a difference, she uses her nearly 20 years of communications background to help individuals re-brand themselves and design inspiring careers. She has led the global communications functions at a leading business information services company and a leading life sciences company. Natalie’s fascination with how language drives behavior began as a national news journalist. Natalie has a M.M. in music journalism from Johns Hopkins University and B. Mus. in sacred music from Westminster Choir College. She is also a performing artist and motivational speaker.
Arthur J Schwartz
Arthur started sculpting 15 years ago after leaving the corporate world as a computer consultant for Arthur Anderson. He took a sculpture class in Los Angles expecting it to become a hobby. His teacher, however, encouraged him to pursue sculpture as a profession. He casts much of his work in bronze and also fabricates work in different materials including, concrete, steel and aluminum. Arthur has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Colorado State University
Jo Todd PhD
Jo Todd Ph. D., has spent 35 years working with others through transitions as an executive life coach, counselor, teacher, and healer. In 1983 she founded The Healing Alliance,based in Austin, TX where she has facilitated groups and individuals. She worked within corporate, private, non-profit and governmental settings. Jo has directed social services agencies and treatment facilities, and provided direct services as a counselor, crisis intervention trainer, and technical assistant for women's treatment in Texas' innovative prison initiative. Jo holds a B.A. in Addiction Services and a M.A. in Human Services focused on counseling from St. Edwards University, as well as a Ph. D. in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
